Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Officer
Salary: £41,600 per annum
Contract Duration: Non-time limited
Hours: 35 hours per week (Full Time)
Location: Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working (minimum two days in the office each week).

About The Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join our Development and Communications team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving digital fundraising efforts across all touchpoints, contributing to the ICR’s marketing needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and editing digital fundraising content for the ICR’s website and donation platform
- Creating compelling copy and crafting content for digital ads (including written copy, video briefs, and imagery)
- Writing engaging email marketing copy, designing templates, and leveraging data analysis
Key Responsibilities
Your core tasks will be:
- Designing and optimising raised donor journeys across digital platforms
- Writing copy for email marketing, ads, and campaign content
- Developing high-performing digital advertising assets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen fundraising impact

About You
We’re looking for a creative strategist with:
- Experience in writing email copy, social media, and paid ads
- Strong familiarity with digital tools, including:
- Email platforms: Mailchimp
- Search advertising: Google Search Ads, Ad Grants
- Paid social: Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- A merchandising mindset with proven success measuring campaign performance
Bonus: Information technology experience or analytics insights would be an asset.
