About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of various recruitment channels and strategies. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR department.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Recruitment Revolution as an employer of choice.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
