12-month contract | Starting September 2026 | Up to £50,000, depending on experience
We're working with an established live events company that dreams up, markets and delivers a big portfolio of outdoor events across the UK. Think winter light trails, summer concert tours and music festivals. Their whole thing is creating experiences that get people out of the house and having a proper good time.
They're looking for someone to cover a 12-month maternity contract from September 2026, owning the digital marketing across several large-scale outdoor events. It's a hands-on, delivery-focused role built around paid media, with Meta at the heart of it, alongside CRM and website management. You'll be running these channels yourself day to day rather than briefing them out.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
