Love live music, festivals, and immersive outdoor events? 🎟️✨
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity contract, running the digital marketing for a massive portfolio of UK outdoor events—from winter light trails and summer concert tours to major music festivals.
If you love Meta ads and want to market experiences that get people excited, this one is for you.
- Contract: 12-Month Maternity Cover
- Start Date: September 2026
- Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Location: UK
THE ROLE: This is a delivery-focused, hands-on role. You won’t be briefing agencies—you’ll be running these channels yourself day-to-day, with paid media (specifically Meta) at the heart of it, alongside CRM and website management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
