- Leading end-to-end paid media campaigns across social and search
- Owning multi-channel budget allocation with a 7-figure spend to maximise ROI
- Partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Translating performance data into actionable insights and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise across paid social and paid search (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Ideally paid media background with Fashion e-commerce or Agency experience, but must have e-commerce experience
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing significant budgets in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment
