About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Qualifications
- Proven track record in recruitment or a related sales-driven environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Proactive approach, high levels of motivation, and resilience
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not mandatory
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM software will be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and client interactions
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and market presence
