Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Sumou Global Investment is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize the company’s digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, creative thinking skills, and hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, including the effective use of AI technologies. A proven, up-to-date portfolio showcasing successful campaigns is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, KPIs, and ROI analysis
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms
  • Create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and target audience
  • Utilize search engine optimizations and search engine marketing strategies to improve website and channels visibility and traffic
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, automate workflows, and generate data-driven insights

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
  • Experienced with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, ads, promotions)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in marketing (content generation, data analysis, automation) is a must
  • Updated portfolio showcasing recent digital marketing campaigns and measurable results is a must
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
