EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a results-driven EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital demand generation and pipeline growth across the region. EMEA is a high-priority growth market, requiring a digitally led approach to increase net-new logo acquisition, deepen engagement within target accounts, and strengthen overall market presence. This role will be instrumental in executing integrated digital marketing programmes aligned to regional priorities and pan-EMEA and global go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Pan-EMEA Senior Marketing, Field Marketing Managers, Sales, SDR teams, and global marketing functions to deliver measurable contributions to qualified pipeline and revenue. Reporting into the Pan-EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, this individual will be a key driver of digital campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across the EMEA region.
Please note, this is a remote position but would require travel (expensed) to Bristol approximately 1x per month. This is an Inside IR35 contract position starting at 9 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated digital campaigns across paid media, search, social, display, content syndication, and nurture programmes to drive net-new demand and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign delivery against defined performance targets.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and Marketing Operations to align digital programmes with regional growth priorities and strategic account focus.
- Activate and optimise multi-touch digital journeys that support large enterprise and enterprise audiences across multiple verticals and use cases.
- Collaborate with Pan-EMEA and global GTM teams to localise and scale digital programmes within the region.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and continuously optimise against defined KPIs.
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes, ensuring digital investments deliver measurable ROI.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of EMEA digital strategy to increase engagement within named accounts and priority industries.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within a B2B technology environment.
- Experience working within or for fast-paced, high-growth SaaS, software, or IT organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a highly organised approach to work.
- Ability to operate as a self-starter, demonstrating initiative while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Resilient, driven, and execution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience working with software vendors (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and stakeholder management capability.
