Got ideas? We want to hear them.
We're not looking for someone to simply schedule a few LinkedIn posts and call it a day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content people actually want to read, spots opportunities before anyone else does, and occasionally says, "I've had an idea..." (Don't worry, we like those people.)
About Care Check
Care Check is one of the UK's leading providers of DBS and pre-employment screening services, supporting over 50,000 organisations across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand, engage our customers and make some noise in our industry.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but your role will include:
- Managing and growing our social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
- Creating engaging customer mailers and email campaigns.
- Writing blogs, articles and website content that people actually enjoy reading (yes, even about DBS checks!).
- Producing compelling copy for marketing campaigns and communications.
- Approaching customers to create case studies, testimonials and success stories.
- Working with teams across the business to promote new services, industry updates and company news.
- Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table—and, more importantly, helping make them happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Flexible Working
This role is primarily office-based in Evesham, where you'll be working closely with our Operations and Sales teams.
However, we're always open to exceptional talent. If you have previous experience within the background screening, DBS or pre-employment screening industry, we'd be happy to discuss a hybrid or remote working arrangement for the right candidate.
After all, if you already know your DBS from your BPSS, that's a pretty good head start.
