Digital Marketing Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist!
The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital best practices across the business.

- Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Camberley
Job Description
- Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
- Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
- Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
- Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently
