Digital Marketing Specialist

Exclusive opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering and professional services organisation as a Digital Marketing Specialist, delivering digital marketing activity across the UK & Ireland.

Working as part of a global social media team, you'll create engaging digital content, support integrated campaigns and help deliver regional marketing priorities across multiple digital channels.

Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Central London, 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and publish engaging digital content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule and manage social media content calendars aligned to regional marketing priorities.
  • Support the delivery and optimisation of paid social media campaigns.
  • Build and update landing pages and website content using CMS platforms.
  • Apply basic HTML knowledge to support website updates and digital content implementation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Produce regular reporting on digital marketing activity and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver digital elements of integrated marketing plans.
  • Ensure all content and digital activity aligns with brand guidelines and governance standards.
  • Support wider digital marketing initiatives including campaign execution, website updates and content development.

Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 3 years' experience within a digital marketing, social media or digital communications role.
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns within a B2B organisation or a marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
  • Hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social media activity.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and content creation skills.
  • Experience using CMS platforms to manage website and landing page content.
  • Good understanding of HTML and confidence making basic website content updates.
  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms, Canva and basic video editing tools.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and customer user journeys would be advantageous.
  • Experience of email marketing or microsite management would be beneficial.
  • Experience using HubSpot would be highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality digital marketing activity.
