Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers an opportunity to drive high-impact digital marketing initiatives within a dynamic and data-driven environment. You will be responsible for enhancing online visibility, improving search performance, and optimizing paid and organic marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. Working at the intersection of SEO, content, and performance marketing, you will leverage analytics and modern marketing tools to deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys combining creativity with data, and is passionate about improving digital customer engagement at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute strategies that strengthen brand presence and acquisition performance.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, and paid media channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize website performance and search visibility through technical SEO, keyword research, and content improvements.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reporting on key marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets.
- Configure and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks using tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Support the management and optimization of content within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within an enterprise organization or large agency environment.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and paid media execution.
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO principles.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Hands-on experience managing content in enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
