Hubspot Specialist
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hybrid role
Full time, Permanent
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm

The Role
As our HubSpot Specialist (and other digital platforms) you will play a critical role in ensuring the business make full and effective use of HubSpot and connected marketing platforms to support lead quality, automation, insight and campaign effectiveness.
You will act as the internal subject-matter expert for HubSpot, working closely with Marketing, Sales and extended sales teams to ensure platforms are optimised, insight-driven and aligned to business priorities.
Essential Requirements
- Strong practical experience using HubSpot as both a CRM and marketing automation platform
- Confidence designing and managing workflows, automation and reporting
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools within marketing platforms
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex digital systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight
- Ability to explain technical and AI-driven concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues

Key responsibilities for this role include:
HubSpot Platform Ownership
- Act as the internal subject-matter expert for HubSpot (CRM & Marketing Hub)
- Own and optimise lifecycle stages, lead statuses, automation workflows, campaign tracking, attribution, and data governance/GDPR compliance
- Identify under-utilised functionality and implement continuous improvements
- Establish and maintain clear standards, documentation and best-practice guidance
- Apply practical AI tools across HubSpot and related platforms to improve efficiency and insight, including personalisation, predictive lead scoring and AI supported reporting
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and AI capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption
- Ensure AI tools are used responsibly and in line with company and data protection policies
- Design and refine automated journeys, segmentation and lead-management processes
- Own marketing analytics and reporting across HubSpot and connected tools
- Build and maintain dashboards providing insight into lead quality, campaign effectiveness and marketing’s contribution to sales
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams
