About The Role
We Are Refyne is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements for our product development teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of financial products, digital payments, or lending platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to guide product development and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing products.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements.
