Digital Marketing Specialist

📍 London or Caerphilly (office-based)

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative + commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

At Edge o’ Beyond, we believe women should never have to choose between beauty + function. We create innovative, luxury lingerie through the lens of the female gaze - designed to empower - helping women feel confident, comfortable + entirely themselves.

Founded in London in 2014, our pieces have been worn by Naomi Campbell, Gigi Hadid + Nicole Kidman. Every piece is consciously designed, developed + made in our own Welsh Atelier - preserving specialist craftsmanship + championing ethical British manufacturing. We were honoured to welcome HRH The Princess Royal to our Atelier in recognition of this commitment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a scaling brand + take real ownership of digital marketing performance, while helping shape how we communicate our brand story to a global audience.

You will play a key role in driving:

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning + executing social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok + Pinterest
  • Leading content creation that reflects the female gaze - thoughtful, empowering + never performative
  • Creating + managing email campaigns (Mailchimp), including design + basic HTML
  • Writing compelling, on-brand copy that tells the Edge o’ Beyond story
  • Communicating our USP - from fit innovation to our Welsh Atelier - in a clear, engaging way
  • Analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise + improve results
  • Driving traffic, conversion + revenue across digital channels
  • Creating weekly performance reports + actionable insights
  • Managing paid social campaigns + liaising with external agencies where needed
  • Building + maintaining a monthly marketing calendar
  • Communicating marketing strategy, progress + results clearly to the wider team

Knowledge + Experience

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ideally with Paid Social experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data + optimise performance
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a bonus
  • Confident copywriter with a strong sense of brand tone + storytelling
  • Basic HTML + email design experience
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is beneficial
