The Company
We are partnering with a global market leader in consumer goods. Their aim is to drive market share and elevate their brands across Europe. As a result, their focus is strengthening on social media, particularly TikTok, to enhance their presence and drive commercial outcomes.
The Role
You will be leading on social creative innovation and execution and will be the TikTok SME for the organisation. This will involve:
- Developing and implementing full-funnel strategies, integrating social media, social commerce and e-commerce
- Managing social media channels across Europe, working cross-functionally
- Owning the reporting and holistic measurement of regional KPIs
- Identifying emerging social media trends to translate them into actionable strategies and elevate the impact of content
- Overseeing the creation and production of content, adhering to legal guidelines and brand voice
- Development of social content framework from linear marketing to a collapsed funnel model
- Building the infrastructure for content scalability, leveraging various third parties (creators and agencies) for both strategy and execution
- Identifying opportunities for integrating social commerce, supporting on commercial objectives

The Person

You will be degree qualified with proven experience in developing social media strategies for an established brand, with experience in a matrixed environment.
- You will have proven experience in social media management (Hootsuite, Buffer, Emplify), with a particular emphasis on TikTok, with in-depth knowledge of the platform, analytics tools (TikTok Marketscope, Meta Insights), content management and social commerce systems (TikTok Seller Center, Creator Marketplace and Ads Manager)
