Role Description
This is a role for an experienced Digital Marketer to become a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Trainer with NowSkills. We have roles for experienced and trainee trainers available.
Full training is provided, including qualifications, support, and mentoring.
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional to join our skilled and experienced Digital Marketing training team in the Education sector, delivering apprenticeships. In this role, you will support a group of apprentices as they embark on their careers in digital marketing whilst undertaking a NowSkills apprenticeship.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial Digital Marketing experience, including but not limited to SEO, Email marketing, Web analytics, Graphics software programs, and Social media.
- Enthusiasm for all things Digital Marketing, the latest digital marketing innovations, and the ability to explain and inspire.

What You'll Do
- Develop the next generation of digital marketers as they embark on their own careers.
- Receive training and recognised qualifications.
- Become a respected and acknowledged trainer who positively impacts the careers of apprentices.
Job Details
- Type: Flexible and part-time may be available.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Home Office: Most of our trainers work 50% of their time from home.
Compensation
- Salary: Typical starting salary range: £26,000 - £28,000, rising to £32,000 - £36,000 after the training period and satisfactory development.
- Bonus: There is also a bonus scheme and career advancement opportunities.
- Benefits: Private Healthcare and dental plan included after 2 years of service.
