About AKA

AKA is one of the world's leading entertainment marketing agencies, creating campaigns for theatre, live entertainment, museums, galleries, attractions, film and music.

From the West End's biggest shows to some of the UK's most recognised cultural organisations, we help bring audiences to unforgettable experiences.

We're looking for someone at the very start of their career who is curious, ambitious and excited by digital marketing.

No agency experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for building a career in media.

About the Programme

This is a paid four-month graduate programme designed to give you hands-on experience across every part of our Digital Media team.

Rather than being placed in one role, you'll rotate through each of our specialist disciplines, learning directly from experienced practitioners before bringing everything together in your final month.

During the programme you'll spend one month in:

  • Google Ads
  • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
  • Display & Programmatic Media

Bringing everything together through campaign planning, reporting, onboarding and client support.

By the end of the programme you'll have a solid understanding of how digital campaigns are planned, bought, optimised and reported.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
