About the Role

At Huel, we’re on a mission to deliver a seamless, best-in-class online experience for our global community of Hueligans. As we continue to grow, our website plays a critical role in how customers discover, engage with, and shop our products.

We’re looking for a Digital Merchandising Executive to join our Digital team and help bring our website to life. You’ll play a key role in supporting content updates, merchandising, and product launches, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered at pace. If you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Trading & Market Leads: Assist in delivering Trading team initiatives, collaborating closely with market leads to ensure that product and content updates are effectively implemented across websites in all markets.

  • Product Launches & Content Delivery: Work alongside the Product Marketing teams to prepare and launch new products on our websites, ensuring product information remains up-to-date and presented in line with brand standards.

  • CMS Content Management: Maintain and populate content in our new CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages. Take ownership of:

    • Content updates
    • Product listings
    • Promotional banners
    • Other web content Aiming for efficiency and smoothness using AI where possible.

  • Website Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and fix issues on the websites, such as broken links, missing images, or inaccurate product information. React swiftly to any issues flagged by the team for timely resolution.

  • Ad-Hoc Website Initiatives: Support price changes, new page rollouts, template updates, and upgrades to the outlet sections in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

  • Automation: Continuously evaluate processes, systems, and tools, and implement automation using AI to enhance experiences for both internal and external customers.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy—ensuring all website content aligns with brand guidelines and remains up-to-date.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues early and resolve them quickly, whether fixing a broken link or correcting product data.

  • Collaborative & Cross-Functional: Strong teamwork with Trading Squads, Product Marketing, and Operations to align initiatives with business goals.

  • Tech-Savvy & AI-Curious: Experience with CMS, product information management (PIM) systems, and a passion for automating workflows using AI to improve efficiency.

  • Proactive Mindset: Anticipate potential issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and never rest until the website runs seamlessly.

  • Business-Focused: Understanding of how website operations impact broader business objectives and delivering efficiently to support key goals.
