### About the Role

Reporting into the Ireland Country Manager, this role focuses on growing the SureSmile Orthodontic business within designated territories. The key objectives include:

  • Increasing revenue by growing the number of active customers (through aligner cases submitted and retainers ordered).
  • Supporting existing customers to expand impressions whilst acquiring new ones.

Successful candidates are based in up to 2 territories across the UK:

  • Birmingham/Manchester/Liverpool
  • Leicester/Coventry/Milton Keynes

### Responsibilities

  • Account Acquisition & Development:

    • Acquire, develop, and retain new account through growth in aligner and digital solution sales.
  • Results-Driven Sales Performance:

    • Meet, exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
    • Be competitively focused while maintaining a winning mentality.
  • Collaborative Sales Approach:

    • Coordinate with the wider Dentsply Sirona sales team to achieve shared targets.
    • Utilise existing relationships with DS workflow solutions, including SureSmile and Digital.
    • Generate synergies by promoting dental care workflows.

  • Account Management:

    • Manage and develop accounts on territory, focusing on account segmentation and targeting.
    • Engage as the primary liaison between Dentsply Sirona and the account for all DS workflow solutions.
  • Customer Training & Engagement:

    • Provide market-leading training and support to ensure efficient use of DS solutions.
    • Execute clinical education programs to promote SureSmile, including:
      • Lunch & Learn sessions.
      • In-house educational events.
      • Hybrid and virtual training initiatives.
  • CRM Management:

    • Develop and manage territory using CRM tools (Salesforce).

### Requirements

  • Education:

    • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Sales Experience:

    • Essential: Commercial experience (preferably in dental sales).
    • Preferred experience: Orthodontic sales exposure.
  • Sales Success & Mentality:

    • Proven sales track record with adaptable skills.
    • Competitive, results-oriented, with a winning mentality.
    • Ability to apply best practices in sales strategy.
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration:

    • Strong accountability and individual work ethic alongside highly collaborative teamwork.
    • Competent in building relations with key customers.
  • Professionalism & Organisational Skills:

    • Highly organised with a desire to enhance customer service.
    • Efficient verbal and written communication, including presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Confident in challenging clinicians to advocate for DS solutions.
  • Analytical & Structured Mindset:

    • Ability to analyse sales data, including B2B industry reports and PCDSO (Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out).
    • Strong data-driven decision-making to improve KPI outcomes.

  • Computer Proficiency:
    • Skilled in using tools such as:
      • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
      • CRM platforms.

### AD HOC Requirements

  • Travel:
    • Ready to perform regular nationwide travel within the UK, averaging 1 night per week.
    • During the introduction phase, occasional travel of 2-4 nights may include.
    • Ability to travel overseas for 3-4 nights as required.
    • Must hold a valid UK driving license.
