Digital Paid Media Manager (EMEA)

We’re seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager to join our team in Brixton, London on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of paid media strategy across the EMEA region, driving performance that directly impacts business outcomes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Global Head of Paid Media, agency teams, and regional marketing team to:

  • Shape and execute behind-the-scenes strategy, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and high-performing.
  • Deliver high-quality traffic, leads, and enquiries across multi-channel campaigns including:
    • SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
    • Paid Social (Meta, YouTube, Reddit)
    • Programmatic & CTV
  • Continuously optimise campaigns, interpret performance data, and implement iterative improvements.
  • Test new ideas and pioneer emerging paid media channels.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where creativity meets analytics—bridging the gap between business aspirations and execution excellence.

Our flexible work model allows for a 3-2-1 hybrid schedule: three days in the office (with at least one on a Monday or Friday), and two days remote.

Who You Are & Fit for This Role

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a robust paid media bgeebrandow (or decades) of experience (5+ years) managing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, SEM, Programmatic, and CTV.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, embracing budget management, agile ad spend, and proving measurable ROI.
  • Analyse performance data through platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or PowerBI, translating insights into sharper strategies.
  • Work seamlessly with agency partners, fostering a collaborative yet results-driven partnership.
  • Enjoy multi-tasking priorities—adapting swiftly while maintaining clarity and delivering consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
