As Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will join a collaborative and high‑performing marketing team where your work directly impacts online revenue and customer engagement across multiple European markets.
The Role
As Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in the execution and optimisation of paid search and shopping campaigns across the UK and Europe. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role reporting to the Director of Paid Media, with the opportunity to contribute to strategy and scale campaigns at pace.

- Setting up, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
- Supporting large‑scale product advertising across a catalogue of millions of SKUs
- Monitoring performance against key metrics such as revenue, ROAS, acquisition, and engagement
- Analysing complex performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Collaborating with internal teams (Analytics, Product, Creative and Sales) to align campaigns with inventory, pricing, and demand
- Maintaining and optimising product feeds in line with Google Merchant Center best practices
- Supporting agency and vendor relationships through data insights and performance reporting
- Implementing new tools, automation, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regional data privacy requirements
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new paid media opportunities
About You
Being proficient in paid media platforms and having a strong analytical mindset, you will bring your previous digital marketing experience to the role, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proven experience managing e‑commerce and Google Shopping campaigns
- Proven experience managing international search campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prioritise opportunities
- Experience working with large budgets and complex campaign structures
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Desirable
- Experience within electrical, automation, MRO, or parts-based industries
- Experience using tools such as Google Merchant Center, SQL, or WhatConverts
- Experience managing a high volume of SKUs (circa 100,000)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
