About the Opportunity

We are looking to connect with experienced Digital Payments, Digital Wallet, Product Management, Tokenisation, M&A, and Post-Merger Integration specialists for our talent pool, as we anticipate future project demand across the UK.

This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with niche experience across payments, fintech, digital product, and transformation.

Key Fit

This is a strong fit for professionals who can support clients across payments modernisation, digital wallet initiatives, product strategy, tokenisation, M&A activity, and post-merger integration programmes.

What You May Support

  • Support digital payments and wallet transformation programmes.
  • Advise on digital wallet / e-wallet product design, launch, and optimisation.
  • Lead or support product management across fintech, banking, and payments platforms.
  • Support tokenisation, payment security, and digital transaction initiatives.
  • Contribute to M&A due diligence, integration planning, or post-merger transformation.
  • Map operating models, customer journeys, platform processes, and integration requirements.
  • Work with business, product, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver practical solutions.
  • Produce high-quality outputs including roadmaps, business cases, product plans, and integration documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
