Digital Performance Coordinator

Digital Performance Coordinator – University of Cambridge PACE

Digital channels are central to how we connect with prospective learners—and we're looking for someone to help maximise their impact. This is your opportunity to deliver high-impact digital campaigns using data, insight, and experimentation at a world-leading educational institution with a heritage dating back to 1873.

About the Role

At University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE), our mission is to make lifelong learning accessible to all. We deliver a diverse portfolio of courses, specialising in widening participation for adult learners at every stage of life.

As Digital Performance Coordinator, you'll lead a strategic, data-driven digital marketing programme across PACE, aligning paid social, paid search, organic channels, and web to deliver integrated campaigns. With full ownership of performance reporting, you'll work collaboratively across the wider Growth Marketing and External Engagement teams to amplify engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Paid & Organic Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) with targeted audience segmentation and campaign objectives
  • Manage campaign lifecycle from setup and testing to pacing, optimisation, and daily monitoring
  • Ensure paid search and display activities are optimised and aligned with strategy
  • Actively A/B test new formats (including AI-driven tools like Google PMax and Meta Advantage+) to enhance performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
