We're looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the performance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our digital estate. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing user experiences, driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and ensuring our website and digital channels deliver measurable commercial impact.

What will you do?

As our Digital Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of our website, marketing automation, and digital journeys to support business growth and customer engagement.

  • Manage and optimise the Omniplex Learning website to support campaigns, lead generation, ABM activity, and automated prospect journeys.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve marketing automation workflows, user journeys, and conversion pathways.
  • Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing, personalisation, and performance analysis.
  • Own SEO, PPC, and emerging AI-assisted search strategies to improve visibility, traffic quality, and lead generation outcomes.
  • Coordinate website development activity, manage agency relationships, and oversee technical requirements including tracking, integrations, domains, and CMS administration.
  • Establish meaningful reporting across the marketing funnel, using data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Identify and implement UX and UI improvements, undertaking regular audits

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a commercially minded digital specialist with strong website management experience, a passion for optimisation, and a data-driven approach to improving customer experiences and business performance.

  • Proven experience managing websites within a commercial or B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms, with the ability to make HTML/CSS updates.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to drive decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO best practices, PPC management, UX principles, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with external agencies and managing technical website requirements.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset, with experience in emerging trends such as AI-assisted search and answer engine optimisation.
