Are you a digital planning pro who loves getting hands-on with data, ROI-driven strategy and cutting-edge platforms? This one's for you.

Our agency is looking for a Digital Performance Media Manager to join our team in London. You'll be working within a fast-paced, high-profile client account, on campaigns that reach millions.

๐Ÿ“ Location: London (hybrid)
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Up to ยฃ45,000
๐Ÿ•’ Employment Type: Full-time

What you'll be doing:

  • โœ… Owning performance-led media plans across CTV, video, display, search, social and affiliates
  • โœ… Digging into historic data to uncover what really drives ROI โ€” frequency, targeting, pricing, messaging and more
  • โœ… Partnering with Measurement leads to build attribution and econometric frameworks that prove what's working
  • โœ… Managing day-to-day campaign delivery, budgets and reporting with total accuracy
  • โœ… Mentoring a Planning Executive and helping shape the next generation of planning talent
  • โœ… Getting hands-on with industry-leading planning and reporting platforms

  • ๐Ÿ”น Agency experience in digital/performance media planning (Exec level and up)
  • ๐Ÿ”น Strong grasp of ROI channels: CTV, video, display, search, social, affiliates
  • ๐Ÿ”น Comfort presenting from platform and building data-led stories
  • ๐Ÿ”น A detail-obsessed, proactive problem-solver who thrives managing multiple stakeholders
  • ๐Ÿ”น Bonus points for PowerBI, e-commerce or B2C marketing experience
