Digital Planning Account Director London | Hybrid (2 days in office) £50–60k DOE B2B ONLY
We’re working with an independent, full-service marketing agency looking to hire a Digital Planning Account Director to join their growing UK media team.
This is a strategic, client-facing role sitting across media planning, channel strategy and account leadership. You’ll lead relationships with a portfolio of clients while building integrated media plans across digital and selected offline channels.
The agency has a strong media heritage, with media making up a significant part of the wider business. They operate internationally across sectors including technology, finance, manufacturing and professional services.

Responsibilities: Leading day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts Building strategic, insight-led media plans across digital channels and small amount of offline Working closely with activation specialists across paid social, search and programmatic Overseeing campaign strategy from planning through to delivery Managing international budgets across a range of campaign sizes Supporting junior team members and helping elevate strategic output Acting as a trusted client partner with a consultative approach
What they’re looking for: Strong media planning background with digital-first experience Confident balancing strategic planning with client leadership Understanding of channel mix across biddable and premium direct buys B2B experience helpful but not essential International campaign exposure preferred Detail-oriented, commercially minded and collaborative Low-ego personality with strong communication skills
