Digital Platform Partner Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Digital Platform Partner Marketing Manager to join our hybrid team in London. You will join our growing Route to Market team, part of the Global Corporate Marketing function. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with the ability to flawlessly execute impactful campaigns and marketing activations throughout the funnel. A strong understanding of the Digital Platform Partner ecosystem is essential. Are you ready to join talented team in a fast-paced industry and make a measurable difference? Responsibilities Manage relationships with partner marketing teams across EMEA ensuring alignment on goals and activities Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns including content development, social media, web updates and email campaigns Oversee event planning and management for webinars, conferences and partner events ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency Collaborate with corporate marketing, alliances, business development and delivery teams to create joint go-to-market assets and strategies Track and report marketing performance metrics using data to optimise results and demonstrate ROI Serve as the lead for asset creation such as case studies, success stories, award submissions and PR initiatives Coordinate ABM initiatives and leverage marketing automation tools to drive targeted engagement Manage partner development funds ensuring proper utilisation and reporting Develop creative ideas to strengthen messaging, generate leads and support revenue goals Ensure timely execution of all marketing projects across multiple geographies while maintaining brand standards Requirements Undergraduate degree in marketing, business communications or a related field 5+ years of experience in partner or alliance marketing ideally with exposure to digital platform partners such as Salesforce, Adobe or ServiceNow Proficiency with marketing automation and ABM tools such as Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Demandbase or similar Strong content creation and copywriting skills for multiple formats and marketing channels Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events across regions Strong understanding of reporting, data analytics and marketing metrics Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and within a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and project management skills with focus on quality and deadlines Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales, alliances and external partners to deliver impactful marketing outcomes Knowledge and practical application of AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and improve campaign optimisation We offer EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Protection benefits including life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover Private medical insurance and dental care Employee Assistance Program Competitive group pension plan Cyclescheme, Techscheme and season ticket loans Various perks such as free Wednesday lunch in-office, on-site massages and regular social events Learning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program
