Digital PR & Content Executive
Location: Hybrid/ Office - Newcastle Team: Search Flexible Working: 35 Hours per week, Mon-Fri Salary: £24,500

With exciting growth plans ahead, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive that’s ready to make an impact for our clients, and raise the bar of their marketing activity.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with foundational experience in PR, content, or digital marketing who is ready to take their next step in a global agency environment.
We’re looking for a proactive individual with hands-on experience, perhaps gained in an entry-level role, who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
This role is designed for someone at the early stages of their career who want to develop expertise across multiple digital marketing disciplines before specialising in a specific area.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of exciting marketing disciplines, including:
Digital & Performance PR Influencer Marketing Content Marketing
We’ll give you the training and guidance you need to develop your skills across these areas, while you discover which discipline you’re most passionate about. You could of course be passionate about all three areas which we would welcome too!
This is a truly unique role where you get to work across a variety of marketing specialties on some of the most exciting brands in the world including HelloFresh, Ancient & Brave, Transport for Wales, The White Company, and many more.
We’re Looking For: Foundational experience in a fast-paced agency, or in-house team A go-getter with a can do attitude Analytical and curious mindset Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong willingness to learn and grow The desire to consistently go above and beyond Skilled at producing high-quality, creative campaigns A passion for storytelling Creative and culturally aware, with the ability to spot and leverage emerging trends across TikTok and pop culture Experience in creating engaging press releases and onsite content A degree in Marketing or a related field is welcomed, but we value relevant skills and experience equally.

The Application Process The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.
