Job overview
Part of AXA Health’s Marketing team, you’ll oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance to ensure deliverables align with AXA Health’s SEO (search engine optimisation), GEO (generative engine optimisation) and brand goals. You’ll build relationships with AXA colleagues, including public relations, medical experts, and content writers, plus our third-party digital PR (public relations) agencies to help create and plan our digital roadmap for the next six months.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationship with our digital PR agency, providing clear briefs, feedback, and strategic direction.
- Oversee outreach campaign planning, execution, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop and launch digital PR campaigns that generate high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
- Work closely with SEO, content, and brand colleagues to ensure campaigns are data-driven, on message, and aligned with business priorities.
- Own content creation to support and deliver against SEO ambitions.
- Lead external agency relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality PMI (private medical insurance) content.
- Support identification and development of relationships with AXA Health doctors and medical experts with relevant media, bloggers, publishers, and influencers in the health and wellbeing space.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness using key SEO and PR metrics. Regularly review and optimise outreach strategies based on performance insights and industry trends.

Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients, or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience
- Proven experience in digital PR, GEO, SEO outreach, or link building is essential. Ideally, you’ll have insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience.
- Experience managing external agencies or partners with a track record of successful campaign delivery is required.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Commercial and strategic awareness.
- Analytical skills, with experience using data to measure performance.
- Ability to work under pressure with organisational and project management skills.
- Motivated and target-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime, which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
