About the Role
Award-winning digital agency SECURE LOCALiQ are seeking a Digital PR Specialist to strengthen their SEO department, join the wider digital marketing team, and contribute to campaigns as part of LOCALiQ’s growth plans. In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your skills in proactive or reactive digital PR campaigns to secure high authority backlinks, working with diverse clients and immersing yourself in a dynamic, supportive, and rapidly evolving industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape digital PR activity, develop your expertise within a thriving team, and engage with a ** varied client base**—all while continuing to grow professionally within a self-improvement-focused culture.
Note: While the position is remote, the successful candidate must reside in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign ideas from research and collaborate closely with client SEO Analysts
- Conduct rigorous research across multiple data sources to uncover relevant opportunities
- Collect and gather valuable quotes from clients for potential media stories
- Craft press releases and press stories with polished, error-free writing
- Pitch stories to journalists at reputable publications
- Monitor news trends, events, and media landscapes to identify opportunities
- Follow up with journalists to ensure coverage and secure press accolades & backlink attributions for clients
- Track campaign progress and meet strict deadlines
- Continually refine outreach processes and strategies
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital PR and media relations
- Proactively identify opportunities across all assigned clients
Requirements & Skills
To excel in this role, we seek a proactive and creative Digital PR Specialist with the following attributes:
- Demonstrable experience in executing scalable digital PR campaigns across multiple industries (proactive and/or reactive)
- Strong creativity for generating newsworthy story angles
- Deep knowledge of news/magazine/multi-media content formats and journalistic standards
- Ability to demonstrate strong written communication with fluent, polished English
- Skilled in research and data analysis to uncover PR-relevant opportunities
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage projects across multiple clients & industries
- Proven capability in building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
