Digital Print Finisher (Biggin Hill)
Production Finisher / Laminator
Role Overview
The post holder will be responsible for accurately producing work in line with job specifications, maintaining day-to-day department tasks while upholding company quality control practices. Work will involve operation of various machinery, including:
- Jet Lam 2000 laminator
- Pro62 laminator
- Miller Weld Master
- Fiab HF Welder
- Fotoba 3.2 & 1.6
- Kongsberg XP cutting machines
Primary Objectives
- Maintain and process work according to the production schedule
- Ensure work adheres to job sheet specifications, verifying the use of correct materials
- Collect and process assigned work efficiently
- Laminate various media types
- Perform edge wrapping and mounting to different substrates
- Weld substrates using Kedar
- Operate Fotoba machines for precise material cutting
- Stitch silicone edging onto graphics
- Read CAD laydowns and verify measurements on Kongsberg XP cutting machines
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks against job sheets and all available documentation before final approval
- Ensure all paperwork and updates are completed on time
- Notify the manager of any encountered issues promptly
- Troubleshoot minor problems to maintain smooth workflow
- Maintain machinery per manufacturer specifications
- Keep work areas and machinery clean and Organised
- Maximise production throughput and productivity

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Thorough understanding of print/finishing production practices and processes
- I-Cut/XP experience is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and conscientious work ethic
