Digital Print Production Specialist - Finishing & Installation - JP Morgan - London - 6 months - Onsite - PAYE
We are seeking a Digital Print Production Specialist with finishing & installation experience to join JP Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract. You will be working on small and large format and working a shift between 12pm - 8pm.
Role summary
We're hiring a multi skilled digital print all rounder-this is not a general reprographics/operator role. You'll support end-to-end production across small format and large format, combining Adobe Creative Cloud artwork/prepress capability with excellent finishing standards and graphic installation support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in a busy, varied environment-especially as we expand our large format, bespoke cutting and premium finishing offering.
Shift: 12pm-8pm (with flexibility to provide cover between 7am-11pm when required)
Key responsibilities (Print Production Focus)
- Produce high-quality print across small format Canon digital presses and large format Canon Arizona, ensuring output meets specification, brand and quality standards.
- Prepare, amend and preflight artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop): print-ready PDFs, bleed/crops, scaling, and file checks.
- Operate Valiani cutter for bespoke cutting, ensuring accurate set-up, registration and consistent quality.
- Execute excellent all round finishing to high standards, including cutting/trimming, folding, creasing, collation, book binding, saddle stitching, and perfect binding, plus other finishing methods as required.
- Support graphic installation where required (prepping graphics for install, safe handling of substrates, accurate placement/fit and high-quality finish).
- Manage job intake, prioritisation, tracking and distribution to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Maintain consumables/inventory for production areas and complete basic record keeping as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
