Company Description

V3 Print Ltd is a full-service branding and print company that provides end-to-end solutions for business marketing materials. The team manages visual design and print quality from concept through completion, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral. Services include branding design for logos, stationery, brochures, leaflets, folders, posters, and websites. V3 also offers comprehensive print production capabilities, including digital sheet fed, large format, and large volume litho print produced in the Twickenham centre.

Role Description

The Digital Print Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Twickenham. This role oversees day-to-day digital print operations, including scheduling jobs, managing workflows, and coordinating with designers and account managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of printed materials.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day digital print operations.
  • Manages workflows and coordinates with designers and account managers.
  • Monitors print quality, colour consistency, and finishing standards.
  • Performs routine checks on digital presses and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoots production issues and optimizes print setups for efficiency.
  • Maintains inventory of print media and consumables.
  • Ensures all jobs meet brand and client specifications.
  • Guides team members and supports continuous process improvements.
  • Upholds health and safety and quality assurance procedures across the production environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to review production data, optimize workflows, and resolve print quality or process issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with design, sales, and client teams, and to provide clear guidance to production staff.
  • Experience with media planning, including selecting appropriate substrates, finishes, and print methods for various marketing materials.
  • Hands-on experience with digital print presses (Xerox, Heidelberg, HP) and finishing equipment; understanding of colour management and prepress processes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to perform final checks on output before dispatch.
