Digital Producer (Maths)

We Realise Potential in Your Story

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network currently recruiting for two Producers to join our new Network Originals Team—could this be your next step?

As a Digital Producer, you’ll be one of the creative engines behind our new YouTube channel The Maths Of Everything, transforming statistics, numerical facts, and mathematical concepts into engaging 20–30-minute digital films.

Your responsibilities will span the full editorial process, from pitching and deep-dive research to delivering polished scripts, ensuring each video strikes a balance between mathematical accuracy and entertaining storytelling—all while driving high watch time. Occasionally, you’ll also take on studio producer duties, directing presenters, overseeing shoots, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of premium YouTube content.

This role is perfect for a storyteller who thrives at the intersection of scholarly detail and digital entertainment. Note: Expect high in-office attendance and the possibility of occasional weekend/evening work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
