At Premier Inn, we’re reshaping how millions of guests discover, book and experience a great night’s sleep, and this role sits right at the heart of that transformation.
This is an opportunity to design end-to-end experiences that genuinely matter, spanning both the digital and physical moments of a stay. This will range from discovery and booking, through to arrival and in-hotel experiences, to retention and repeat visits. You’ll help shape how guests experience Premier Inn before, during and after they walk through our doors.
We interact with millions of people digitally and welcome around 200,000 guests into our hotels every week. That scale means your work won’t sit in a silo. Instead, you’ll enjoy real breadth, collaborating across product, engineering, research and brand to create journeys that balance guest needs with commercial outcomes. Our customer base is split roughly 50/50 between B2C and B2B, so you’ll constantly explore how business and leisure journeys differ and how they overlap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
