Location: London, UK / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Head Of Marketing
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £38,000–£45,000 (an equivalent salary will be offered in the local currency, aligned with market conditions)
Performance Bonus: Up to 5-20% annual performance bonus based on agreed business and product KPIs.

Role Overview

The Digital Product & Growth Manager is responsible for defining, evolving, and growing Sanctum Digital App worldwide.

This role leads Sanctum's digital product strategy, member experience, and subscription growth, ensuring the platform continues to deliver an exceptional experience whilst enabling Sanctum Digital to scale sustainably.

Working closely with the Marketing, Content, Operations, and Leadership Teams, the Digital Product & Growth Manager oversees the evolution of Sanctum Digital, manages the product roadmap, and defines the systems, priorities, and optimisation frameworks that drive member engagement, retention, and recurring revenue.

Whilst maintaining the day-to-day excellence of the platform, this role is equally responsible for designing the future of Sanctum Digital, creating scalable product, growth, and optimisation models that support international expansion and establish Sanctum Digital as one of the world's leading digital wellbeing platforms.

Strategic Focus

The Digital Product & Growth Manager balances the needs of today's business with the long-term development of Sanctum Digital App.

Approximately 60% of the role focuses on current operations, including:

  • Product roadmap management
  • Product optimisation
  • User experience
  • Product releases and quality assurance
  • Content publishing
  • Customer feedback
  • Product analytics
  • External technology partner management

Approximately 40% of the role focuses on building the next stage of Sanctum Digital's growth, developing the systems, products, and commercial opportunities required to scale the platform internationally over the next 12 to 18 months and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Strategy

  • Own the evolution and consistency of Sanctum Digital App, ensuring the platform continues to deliver an exceptional member experience whilst evolving alongside the business.
  • Lead the development and evolution of Sanctum Digital.
  • Define and maintain the digital product roadmap.
  • Prioritise product improvements and new features.
  • Manage external development partners.
  • Coordinate product releases and testing.
  • Ensure the platform reflects the Sanctum brand and member experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to evolve Sanctum's digital product offering.

Subscription Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Own the commercial growth of Sanctum Digital through continuous optimisation of subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
  • Grow subscription revenue.
  • Improve trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Increase member retention.
  • Reduce subscriber churn.
  • Support pricing and membership strategy.
  • Develop referral and member growth initiatives.
  • Identify new monetisation opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimise customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Member Experience & Product Optimisation

  • Lead the continuous improvement of the digital member experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of the Sanctum brand.
  • Monitor customer feedback.
  • Improve onboarding journeys.
  • Optimise user experience across the platform.
  • Manage App Store reviews and member feedback.
  • Identify friction points.
  • Improve engagement and product adoption.
  • Support customer support with product improvements.
  • Deliver a consistently premium member experience.

Product Performance & Analytics

  • Use data to drive product decisions and commercial performance.
  • Monitor product KPIs.
  • Track subscription performance.
  • Analyse customer behaviour.
  • Measure feature performance.
  • Run product experiments and A/B testing.
  • Produce regular product reporting.
  • Provide recommendations to the Leadership Team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous optimisation.

Digital Platform Operations

  • Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful day-to-day management of Sanctum Digital.
  • Coordinate digital content releases.
  • Manage launch schedules.
  • Support campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate bug fixes and platform improvements.
  • Maintain product documentation.
  • Support platform quality assurance.
  • Ensure content is presented consistently across all digital touchpoints.

Future Product Strategy & Global Scale

  • Design the systems, frameworks, and product roadmap that will enable Sanctum Digital to scale globally whilst protecting the quality of the member experience.

Product Roadmap

  • Develop the long-term product vision, defining future features, customer journeys, and digital experiences that strengthen Sanctum's position as a premium global wellbeing platform.

Growth Framework

  • Develop scalable acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies that support sustainable subscription growth across existing and future markets.

Product Optimisation

  • Create scalable reporting, analytics, and optimisation frameworks that ensure product decisions are driven by customer insight and commercial performance.
