About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Digital Product Insights Analyst to join our Digital Product Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in leveraging data, insight, and experimentation to:
- Enhance user experience
- Grow fundraising performance
- Support people affected by lung conditions

As a Digital Product Insights Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead web analytics and insight work across digital jourencies, ensuring:
- Accurate tracking
- High-quality data
- Clear, actionable performance reporting
- Collaborate closely with teams in:
- Fundraising + Engagement
- Data + Insight
- Health Advice to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting across digital platforms
- Identify optimisation opportunities
- Shape experimentation roadmaps
- Support the design and evaluation of A/B testing activity
- Contribute to SEO best practice and digital measurement
- Embed best-in-class measurement techniques within the team
Technical Expertise Required
Strong proficiency in:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager Experience in testing and optimisation
