Join Barclays as a Digital Product Manager

You'll be at the forefront of defining product vision, strategy, and priorities, driving large-scale change activities that deliver value for clients and the business. This role requires commercial acumen, extensive stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. To be successful as a Digital Product Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Strategy: making strategic trade-offs across products, funding, and outcomes vs client needs.
  • Communication: ability to communicate vision, strategy, and priorities across multiple teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Commercial acumen: commercial insight to align product direction with PBWM strategy.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include

  • Agile at scale: deep understanding of scaled agile / BRP / cross-squad alignment.
  • Metric focused: defines and tracks portfolio-level success metrics and outcomes.
