We make health happen

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who wants to make a meaningful impact, working autonomously within a supportive and high-performing team. If you’re ready to take ownership of a key domain and deliver truly transformative healthcare solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

The role

The healthcare market is facing unprecedented challenges. From long NHS waiting lists to the increasing demand for accessible and personalised care, people are seeking faster, more effective ways to manage their health. At Bupa, we’re uniquely positioned to address these challenges. With our trusted clinical expertise, cutting-edge technology, and strong household brand name, we’re reimagining healthcare to provide the best in reactive and preventative care.

Through innovations like the Blua digital health portfolio and the My Bupa app, we aim to make healthcare seamless, accessible, and tailored to individual needs. Already trusted by millions, My Bupa’s goal is to become much more than an app — we aim to create a platform designed to empower people to take control of their health needs, holistically.

Whether it’s enabling users to book virtual GP appointments, access wellness programmes, or benefit from advanced capabilities like genomic sequencing, we’re creating solutions that redefine how healthcare is delivered and accessed. You’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation, helping us tackle the industry’s biggest challenges and deliver life-changing solutions for individuals and families.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on autonomy and is ready to take full ownership of their domain within the Blua digital health portfolio. As the driving force behind your squad, you’ll have the independence to shape your strategy, make key decisions, and deliver impactful solutions, while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues. You will always have the support of experienced senior product people, including your Head of Product.

You’ll possess a strong product management background, particularly in healthcare, as we look to build out the next generation in digital health. You’ll help us address pressing healthcare challenges while building a world-class digital experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
