We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to own the execution and optimization of key customer journeys and product experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver products that improve customer outcomes and drive business growth.

This is a hands-on role focused on identifying customer needs, prioritizing opportunities, managing delivery, and continuously improving product performance through data and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a defined product area, customer journey, or set of features. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals and customer needs.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and success measures.
  • Ensure product solutions deliver value for customers and business.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Support product discovery, customer research, and validation activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
  • Help improve onboarding, remittance experiences, engagement, and retention journeys.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support roadmap planning and quarterly prioritization processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Champion customer-centric product development and data-driven decision making.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve product research, analysis, documentation, and delivery effectiveness.
