THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our growing E-commerce team. Reporting to the Senior Production Coordinator and working closely with the wider digital trading team, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient execution of website updates, content deployment, campaigns, site changes and checks, across our various international sites and platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the success of our online business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING
- Assist in the upload of content pages using the in-house CMS, to ensure content is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and assist in the upload of translations for AllSaints global sites.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints including regions of the site and app have up to date content driven by the critical path.
- Support with ongoing maintenance, site changes, such as campaigns or sale launch, content implementation and daily checks and updates.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance and updating of content on various site pages, including Global Landing Pages (GLPs), editorial features and site navigation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Managing and updating site URLs as required.
- Creating and implementing new content slots across the website.
- Assisting with the implementation of site changes and enhancements.
- Ensuring all implemented content adheres to SEO guidelines and best practices
- Assisting with the localisation of website content (text, imagery, etc.) for various international markets
- Performing regular checks and updates to ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and functioning correctly.
- Vigilantly sweep sites to identify bugs, issues and errors and work with the Senior Digital Production coordinator to log and track resolution.
- Support site testing for campaign and promotional launches
- Support in the upload of content to the Amazon store front
- Supporting the wider Digital teams in any ad hoc projects.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE
- Is computer literate and able to use CMS systems and Google suite.
- Experience in website content management is preferable.
- SalesForce experience is preferable.
- Ecommerce and fashion retail experience is preferable.
- Proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving.
- Communicates with others clearly, effectively, professionally and with respect.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise work accordingly and work flexibly to hit deadlines.
- Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and support team objectives.
- Reliable and acts in a timely manner.
- Understanding of SEO best practice is preferable
- Creative eye and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within the business.
- Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand.
