Digital Programme Director– Campaigns We are partnering with a global healthcare agency who are in a period of growth and are looking for a Digital Programme Director to join them.
You will - Lead a business vertical in the delivery of all digital programmes and projects. Oversee the operational & financial performance of all projects hitting quality, budget an timeline expectations. Client facing, offering steer and direction to clients. Building strong working relationships with client services teams’, being an established point of contact on project delivery and advocate for process. Managing multiple projects with large budgets. Manage Project Managers and other delivery team members - coaching, performance management and skill development. junior team members across discipline, supporting in their progression and upskilling their knowledge of digital and the steps required to deliver a project. Essential Skills Extensive experience managing projects ranging from branding, digital (web, apps & CRM) and motion. Experience of managing project teams of 20+ people. Previous experience of managing large programmes of works, bringing them in on time and on budget. Manage end-to-end project life cycle including scoping, project timelines, estimating, reporting risk and quality management
