We are seeking ambitious consultants who want to navigate change, unlock technology, and deliver meaningful outcomes at the intersection of business and transformation.

We are hiring digital project leaders with 3–7 years’ experience in business consulting, technology delivery, or business-enabled transformation to join our Financial Services and Technology practice.


The Role

You will:

  • Work with leading financial institutions and technology organisations
  • Contribute to high-profile transformation initiatives
  • Develop your consulting, project management, and change management capabilities

Successful candidates must demonstrate a digital mindset, including:

Key Responsibilities

Organisational leadership:

  • Deliver technology and business transformation initiatives from planning through full implementation
  • Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, ensuring effective coordination of project teams and deliverables
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Required Experience

  • 3–7 years in project management, technology delivery, PMO, business change, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience supporting technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives
  • Practical knowledge of digital, AI and generative AI technologies, with a focus on:
    • Improving project delivery efficiency
    • Enabling operational excellence
    • Achieving business outcomes
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or equivalent)

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery roles
  • Technical expertise in software delivery, digital transformation, cloud, data, or technology change initiatives
  • Practical familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
