Your Role as Digital Project Manager
Project Responsibilities
- Schedule project workload across executional teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders and colleagues to prioritise delivery
- Liaise with internal specialist teams and clients to:
- Agree scope of work, timeframes, and costs
- Create and communicate project plans
- Create supporting documentation and risk registers
- Work with lead developers to:
- Ensure task estimates are present and monitor progress against these estimates
- Run stand-up meetings with the production team
- Ensure work is completed to specification
- Create project-specific efficiencies
- Liaise with QA testers to ensure thorough testing
- Provide regular reports to internal teams and clients
- Lead regular project "wash-ups," documenting outcomes and implementing agreed process changes
- Report on the commercial element of the project
- Ensure day rates are maintained throughout delivery
- Support SPM / Principal PM / Head of PM on high-profile projects with greater complexity and numerous stakeholders
- Help develop processes and procedures that drive positive change and growth within the Project Management team and wider business
