Core Responsibilities: Digital Project Manager
The Digital Project Manager plays a critical role in securing the launch and execution of software development and integration projects—particularly those underpinning creative technology, innovation, and live event activations.
Your focus will be on delivery operations, project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Project Support & Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of software development/integration projects
- Maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and resource schedules
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, flagging risks and delays proactively
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead
Delivery Operations
- Keep project management tools accurate and up-to-date with real-time information
- Ensure consistent use of delivery processes and tools across all projects

Documentation & Reporting
- Produce and maintain status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, and issue trackers
- Generate Weekly/Monthly updates for stakeholders
- Organise, store, and update all documentation in SharePoint
- Support the creation of user guides, technical specifications, and handover documentation
Risk & Issue Management
- Monitor and log risks, issues, and dependencies
- Escalate blockers to the Delivery Lead swiftly and clearly
- Assist in mitigation planning and tracking actions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings and check-ins
- Communicate updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Manage expectations with timely and transparent knowledge sharing
General Support
- Assist in the execution of live/hybrid/digital event activations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ways of working
- Provide additional operational support across the team as needed
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of experience in project coordination (or similar tech/software environments) ✔ Knowledge of development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) ✔ Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills ✔ Hyper-attentive to detail, especially in documentation and reporting ✔ Clear, adaptive communication across both technical and non-technical teams ✔ Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a growth mentality
