Digital Project Manager
Digital Agency (Ecommerce)
Salary up to £45k
Manchester or St Helen’s based, 2-3 days p/week in office
We’re working with a leading digital agency to hire a Digital Project Manager who will ensure the smooth delivery of technical projects such as website builds, migrations, and complex SEO rollouts for a range of high-profile ecommerce brands.
As Digital Project Manager you’ll act as the link between clients, internal specialists, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing web builds end-to-end from discovery to launch
- Planning and managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinating internal teams (Design, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Development) as well as external providers
- Overseeing testing, QA, and final sign-off for all projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery
- Driving collaboration, process improvements, and clear communication across the agency
About You
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience managing digital projects (ideally agency-side)
- Proven track record with website builds, migrations, and technical delivery
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of web development lifecycles and CMS platforms (WordPress and Shopify)
- Familiar with Waterfall and Kanban methodology
- Skilled in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving
