Senior Project Manager - B2B Marketing
Reading (Hybrid | 3 days office / 2 days home)
Agency project managers – this one's for you.
We're partnering with one of the world's leading HubSpot partner agencies to find a commercially minded Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of web development projects for an impressive portfolio of B2B technology clients across Europe and the US.
If you're currently managing multiple client projects within a digital or creative marketing agency and enjoy balancing people, priorities, budgets and deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
You'll take ownership of projects from kick-off through to delivery, acting as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with strategy, creative and technical teams.

- Managing multiple concurrent client projects
- Creating project plans, timelines and Statements of Work
- Managing budgets, scope and commercial performance
- Identifying risks before they become issues
- Running client meetings and keeping stakeholders informed
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard
You'll need:
- A solid project management background within a marketing, digital or creative agency
- Experience juggling multiple client projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness with proven budget and scope management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Teamwork.com or a similar project management platform
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing technology projects would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
