The Change Partners are working with a Tier 1 FMCG Brand who are looking for a Digital Project Manager.
The PM will be focused on working across digital projects to improve the Customer Experience across the Website, Content, Brand, Marketing, Copy and more. Also some exciting AI projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Work across multiple projects with multiple levels of stakeholders across Digital, Brand, Website, and Customer Experience.
- Website Migration projects.
- Ensure consistency with Brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Work on AI copywriting projects.
- Use data to drive decisions.
- Alignment with Global HQ, local markets, and external teams to ensure consistency and strong delivery.
- Various work across digital channels to improve the customer journey.

Your background:
- At least 5 years as a Digital Project Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience working on Website, Customer Experience, Brand, CRM, or AI marketing-related projects.
- Prior experience within Food & Beverage/FMCG, Luxury, Physical product storytelling environment, or agency/consultant (partnering with larger brands).
- Experience working in a large, multi-matrix, and levelled environment.
- Ideal but not essential: have worked with AI copywriting projects.
