Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager £38k | Hybrid (Lytham St Annes) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract


About the Role A growing team in Lytham St Annes is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager with strong technical and eCommerce expertise. You will join a collaborative Digital and Brand team, reporting to the Product Manager, to deliver multiple software and web technology projects from conception to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all eCommerce and IT-related projects (including web tech, software development, and architecture) are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing quality, performance, and scope while controlling project risks to timelines.
  • Lead stakeholder management, coordinating effectively with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., systems integrators, technical partners).
  • organise and conduct project retrospectives to refine processes and improve future deliverables.
  • Optionally, organise user testing sessions and influence complex eCommerce project management strategies.

Requirements & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Project Management within eCommerce or IT environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with internal teams, third parties, and technical partners.
  • Proven experience managing Web Tech, Software Development, and Architecture projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Experience with concurrent project management, scope control, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
  • Conducting and influencing user testing or similar sessions is a desirably.
  • Direct experience managing complex eCommerce projects is a strong asset.
